Workout log

Today's workout FBB Base Phase B

Upper body core stability Russian Twist
10lbs x 10 reps each side x2 sets
Prone Cobra  60 sec X 2 sets
Overhead Squat 20lbs X 8 & 20lbs x 6 reps
lateral raise w/ external rotation  10lb x 10 - x 2 sets
Single leg  single arm Romanian Deadlift  15lbs X 10 - 2 sets
split Stance cable single arm lat pulldown - 12.5lbs x 10 each side 2 sets
Bulgarian Split Squat 10 lbs X 10 - 2 sets
Split Stance Cable Row  27.5 lbs x 10  - 2 sets
No foam roller at the community center will foam roll tonight when I watch 'Mad Men'

Went to the city's rec center w/ Carmen so she could try it out before she decides if she's going to switch gyms.  she likes the machines so I did a couple reps on some of the machines.  I HATE machines.  the cable workouts are the exception to that rule - you gotta use the machines for those so I just brought the 15 lbs weight over into that area of the gym.  the city has some weird ass rules - no food or drink and no gym bags allowed on the floor --WTF I have my book, my log notebook my towel, water bottle and my protein drink that FBB says to drink while working out.  Oh well, I waited til I got into the car then drank it.


I'm going to go up to the pool now and soak in the jacuzzi to release some of the soreness in my back.

Oh I went to the house to drop off the broken swamp cooler and youngest daughter was there moving in her boyfriends stuff.  She didn't say much to me.  Think she's pissed since I didn't loan her money last week - well, if you don't talk to me for 2 weeks and then only text me for money then you aren't going to get any money.
